Les Haras Brasserie
The confidence and trust of 3 Michelin Star chef and president of “Les Grandes Tables du Monde” Marc Haeberlin from the restaurant Auberge de L’Ill in Alsace/France, made it possible for me to contribute and finally convert the culinary Philosophy, together with the chef de cuisine Francois Baur and his team, into his longtime planned and unique Project in Strasbourg. With the “Brasserie Les Haras” we opened in October 2013, after several month of culinary development, one of the most beautiful Brasserie’s in France. As his consultant I am very proud to be a part of the Project.
